Transcript Requests

We are happy to help our alumni send official transcripts as needed. While there is no cost involved, we are required by law to have a signature on file releasing the transcripts to specific institutions or people specifically designated by the signer to receive the documents.

To obtain an Alumni Transcript Release form, click on the link in the left column. Once you obtain the form, list those to whom you want the transcript sent and sign the designated space. The document may be mailed or faxed back to Gilmour Academy. The fax number is listed on the form itself.

Once we receive the signed copy of the release form, we will mail the transcripts ASAP.
