This course offers the students the opportunity to work in a more challenging environment while improving their strength and cardiovascular conditioning. The students will learn and apply kinesiological aspects of training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, flexibility training, and sport specific training for injury prevention. Students will also be exposed to important topics and information in the field of exercise science. With this information, students will be expected to design, assess, and create a well-rounded personal exercise program which they will perform throughout the semester.
